Symdy stores the conversations you have with your companion so it can remember you and grow with you over time. This includes what you tell Symdy about yourself — your name, your work, your interests, your goals.
We don't track you across the web. We don't sell your data. We don't share your conversations with third parties. We don't use your data to train AI models. Your conversations are yours.
Your conversations and memory are stored on our servers. They are encrypted at rest. Only Symdy accesses them to provide you with a companion that remembers.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your card details — we never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We'll delete your conversations, memories, and account within 30 days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but if something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
